We are expanding our Staffing Services division specializing in Information Technology (IT) placements. ?We are a currently hiring Technical Recruiters to identify candidates for key positions with our customers. This position is a mix of sales and customer service, where hard working people have the potential to be rewarded with excellent commissions. ?The IT Recruiter will be based in our office and will help to find Talented IT candidates for Contract and Direct Hire positions locally and nationally.?We are looking for a candidate that is driven to succeed and wants to continue to grow and learn new technologies. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Minimum of?(2-3 years)?years of experience in?IT?related field is preferred.Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of IT candidates?direct sourcing?(not 3rd party sourcing)Must have a?strong desire?to build a career in?Recruiting?by using proven?Negotiating?and?Closing Skills?and the ability to build candidate relationships.?Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for?complex Technical?requirementsAbility to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in?quick turnaround time.Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a?sense of urgency. Ability to meet the?targets?on a?regular basis.Must have a proven track record of success and be a?competitive, self-motivated?individual.Identifying the potential candidates for?H1?Transfers and bringing them onboard.Gathering requirements for consultants from?Tier-1 Vendors?of?clients,?Job?portals?and other networking techniques.Ability to identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume?databases,?job boards?effectively to identify and recruit qualified candidates. ??Ability to Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities. Submitting the candidates for the?suitable positions?and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.?Must be able to source/submit quality candidates for at?least 3 requirements?per day.Updating and maintaining the?database?for?future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.Must be consistent in?preparing & submitting daily/ weekly reports?to senior(s)Must be able to achieve?monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the company.Excellent negotiation?skills.Must have excellent phone skills and good?communication?skills is required.Smart individual,?Exceptional phone skills??& quick learnerEnergetic / Enthusiastic / Cheerful personality?with Ability to close candidatesGood?MS-Office?&?web skills?a mustOrganized individual, attention to details and?ability to handle multiple tasksDevelop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidatesFind IT candidates for direct clients, utilizing all tools (Job Boards, Networking, etc.)?Compensation Base + commissionsStart date: ASAP - provided by Dice
